Family Mediation

Mediators are neutral facilitators and help their clients to come to a resolution and to solve their differences. Rebecca Inman is a National Certified Counselor and a Supreme Court Family Mediator. She works with couples to help them resolve their differences and to collaborate on a “workable” Mediation Settlement Agreement and Parenting Plan. She works as a Private Mediator as well as with attorneys.

Parenting Plan

If you are going through a divorce and have children, the courts will require you to have a parenting plan that spells out in very specific terms the arrangements on how, where and when the children of the relationship will spend their time. Sometimes parents will have an idea of how that time will be spent; however, more often they will not. If you are in need of a Parenting Plan or need to amend one, please call our office.

Divorce Coaching

A Divorce Coach is a highly-trained individual who provides valuable guidance for those who have decided to divorce their spouse. The American Bar Association recognizes Divorce Coaching as a professional who can provide guidance and support through the process of divorcing. While you have made a decision to divorce your spouse, and the process can be expensive as well as lengthy, you don’t have to go through the process without support and guidance.

Divorce Planning

Divorce Planning dives deeper into the divorce process with a highly-trained professional who is knowledgeable in the process of divorce. As a National Certified Counselor and Supreme Court Family Mediator, we understand the process of divorce and all of its moving parts. If you are considering divorce and want to pre-plan the process carefully, please call our office to set up an appointment. Divorce planning encompasses a comprehensive plan from deciding on an attorney, to budgeting and preparing the children.
