Rebecca Inman Counseling offers Autism Spectrum Evaluations in our Vero Beach office. I have specialized in working with children and adolescents for over six years, and have worked in tandem with physicians, speech pathologists, diagnosticians, licensed counselors, and psychologists. My extensive education and professional experience working with children who have maladaptive behaviors provides me the ability to see the a problem through multiple lenses, rather than to focus on one area. We offer thorough and comprehensive evaluations, along with referrals for medication management to a licensed physician in our area.
Our evaluations are very thorough, subsequently, we may require more than one visit to our office prior to issuing our findings. Our evaluation includes the assessment, follow-up clinical interview, treatment plan, diagnostic report, and professional referrals as needed. We have found that these services empower our clients with professional resources and the ability to quickly obtain the appropriate care that they need, medication referrals if needed, in-depth treatment, and basic psychoeducation. We coordinate our services with primary care physicians, psychiatrists, other behavioral health professionals, schools, judges, attorneys, providing them with necessary documentation to treat or assist our mutual clients.
Our experience has found that this is the best approach when working with clients who have been referred and/or mandated to undergo an evaluation. Each client presents themselves to our office with a unique situation. We want to spend an appropriate amount of time with our clients to thoroughly understand what problems they are contending with, and what is the best approach to help them.
Getting the proper diagnosis is important to being able to live a productive life. Autism Spectrum Disorder is a complicated disorder that requires the right team of professionals to diagnose as well as treat the disorder. We have many years of experience working with the individuals who suffer from Autism.

Frequently asked questions
We do not accept any insurance at this time. We will most likely never accept insurance due to the information that is reported to the MIB or Medical Information Bureau. We also do not want to have our counseling sessions dictated by an insurance carrier.
Our fees vary and begin at $80 per 50-minute session for individual therapy. Couple’s counseling is $100 per 50-minute session, and Family Mediation is $175 per hour. We accept cash, check and all major credit cards.
Our office hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 to 5:00. We do not have any weekend hours. Counseling is available through an online HIPAA compliant portal. Counseling cannot be done through texting or email.
Do You Offer Faith-Based Counseling?
As a faith-based counselor, we encourage our clients to share their specific faith and religion. We tell our clients that we want them to be comfortable and to feel welcomed. We offer faith-based counseling as well as traditional counseling for individuals who are either agnostic, indifferent or struggling with their religious views.
